Since twenty-first century,along with the market competition and trade globalization,China's economy has developed rapidly.Import and export trade volume also increased significantly,promoting the development of modern logistics and a boom in port logistics industry.At the same time,the limited capacity of the container transport fleet of the port is unable to meet the growing container freight transportation,and the third party logistics company which were based on the port developed rapidly.One of the most important things for the third party logistics company is to provide the efficient and professional container transportation services and arrange the container transportation scheduling reasonably.Based on the research of container vehicle scheduling problem,we summarized out that the current research on Container vehicle scheduling are mainly concentrated on the transport for Container between port crane with loading and unloading ships and Terminal Yard.However,there is a little research on the transportation scheduling problem between the container yard and the customer warehouse.At the same time,along with the fierce market competition,customers are become to timeliness of the higher requirements of container transport vehicles.The punctuality of the container transportation service is an important factor which affects the customer satisfaction of the third party logistics enterprise.However,in fact,the working time window of the port yard and the customer warehouse has been neglected.Under this background,we put forward that the focus of this paper is the model of container transportation scheduling problem of the third party logistics company.The goal is to use a reasonable scheduling model to maximize the use of resources to reduce the total cost of transportation.This paper first analyzes the mode of transport between the port yard and warehouse container,and establish a more basic port container transportation scheduling model whose objective function is to use the least number of vehicles,using Lingo software analysis algorithm.Then the time window is added to the basic model and established a port container transport vehicle scheduling model with mixed time window.The objective function of this model is the minimum total cost.Genetic algorithm is designed and realized by Matlab.By analysis the example,we draw the following conclusions that this model and algorithm can effectively solve the vehicle scheduling problem of mixed time window in actual port container transportation,and centralized scheduling helps to reduce the total cost of expenditure,improve the utilization of vehicles,resulting in a certain economic benefits.
