| Construction site environment is complex,which is divided into many types of work,interlocking the process,hidden lots of safety risks.A surveillance camera is currently installed on many sites to monitor the site,through the monitoring point and the camera to establish a monitoring system,but the monitoring of the location is lack of diversity,at the same time software engineering system development needs to go through much the corresponding steps,such as the project planning,demand analysis,program identification,system operation,project acceptance,system maintenance upgrade.Kano model in the construction site monitoring and management system function development needs analysis has not been used in the current.Based on this,this paper chooses Kano model as a tool for the early development of system function development,and analyzes the level of the function of construction monitoring system.This paper first elaborates the research background,purpose and significance,content and the method and the technical route,then introduces the origin and development of Kano model,Applicability,demand analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of the model and the improvement measures.Analyzes the development status and function design of monitoring and management system of construction project construction site,through the analysis of domestic and international construction project monitoring system development case,the construction site of advanced management technology legal norms of literature reading,expert interviews site construction project manager,Internet system platform development and design project manager,extracted 15 system functions,Functional Design Framework of Monitoring and Management System for Construction Site Construction.Then,the demand of the monitoring and management system of the construction site is analyzed,and the demand function of the extracted system is analyzed by the hunting wild model tool.The system function of the system is dividedBased on Kano Model into the essential attribute through the Kano model questionnaire and the evaluation method,the function idivided into attractive requirement 、 one-dimensional requirement、must-be requirement、indifferent requirement perfect the function design scheme of monitoring and management system of construction project construction,and draw the initial concept sketch of system interface.And then analyze the construction site monitoring and management system monitoring and control point of the layout,according to the monitoring and management system functional requirements level,visit the construction site,interview monitoring camera supplier,the construction industry professional management personnel to select the camera layout point and match the intelligent function.Finally,the paper summarizes the suggestions on the function design of monitoring and management system of engineering construction,puts forward the shortcomings and future research directions.In this paper,guided by the demands of users,a preliminary research work related to the development of the construction site monitoring system was investigated.More mature developmental experience of the construction site monitoring system at home and from abroad provide a scientific references for the selection of monitoring system monitoring points,camera function selection and functional module development. |
