Recently,the continuous haze weather of China have plagued the people's life,and these exhausted emissions of vehicles is an important factor in these environmental problems.The new energy vehicles is an important breakthrough to solve the problem.Fuel cell vehicles is a new energy vehicles,it is based on hydrogen as the main energy with the advantages such as environmentally friendly,low noise and high efficiency.Compared with the electric vehicle,it has many advantages,such as high specific energy and free charge.But it has some disadvantages.For example,the cost of fuel cell is high,service life is low,start speed of the fuel cell vehicle have some deficiency,the storage of hydrogen of vehicle cause the vehicle mileage restrictions,and the single fuel battery can not recycle energy.Confronted with these problems,this paper has done the relevant research to design hybrid energy structure of the fuel cell vehicle.Firstly,this paper serve the fuel cell as the main energy and serve auxiliary energy as the ultarcapacitor,it can give full play to the characteristics of ultarcapacitor so that improve the performance of the car.at the same time,the energy can be recycled.Secondly,combination of fuzzy logic and particle swarm optimization algorithm improve effectiveness of the control strategy of fuel cell,it save consumption of the fuel and improve economy of the fuel cell vehicles.First,this paper analyze the characteristics of fuel cell vehicles in different structure,this paper establish a fuel cell vehicle structure with a ultarcapacitor.In the simulation environment of the MATLAB/Simulink,it is established including models of fuel cell,ultarcapacitor and brush-less DC motor.This paper allocate parameters of these models.And with using the fuzzy algorithm,the PID parameters of permanent magnet brushless motor controller are optimized so that the permanent magnet brushless motor has better steady-state performance and dynamic performance.Second,in ADVISOR2002 simulation software,this paper design the fuzzy controller of the Mamdani type.Confronted with the shortage of fuzzy control,I use particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize membership function and fuzzy rules of the fuzzy control strategy.According to the driving condition of the vehicle,after control strategy of fuel cell vehicles is optimized.the simulation results show that hydrogen consumption is reduced,the work efficiency is improved.In addition,the instantaneous power provided by the ultarcapacitor is to improve vehicle dynamic performance and absorb the braking energy,the economy of the whole vehicle is improved.
