Study On Landscape Restoration Strategy Of Old Industrial Land In The Context Of Urban Renewal

For natural landscape elements,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of soil environmental remediation,water system management and re design,vegetation regeneration and planting design,ecological landscape construction.With the coming of the post industrial era,the urban development is facing the transformation and renewal,and a large number of productive cities gradually transform to the service city.Among them,the city land used for industrial production is also ending its production function and the facing a transition.Over the years,industrial production has brought a series of problems to itself and the surrounding areas.On the other hand,the development of large cities often lack of new land,so it is urgent to seek new development from the existing land.Therefore,the reuse of urban old industrial land has become a hot topic in urban renewal.However,the old industrial land needs the system transformation and the landscape restoration before reuse,because of its own characteristics and problems.In the context of urban renewal,this paper systematically analyzes the main characteristics of the old industrial land and the problems that need to be solved,survey some of the major related practice cases.Summarize and analyze the suitable landscape restoration model for different old industrial land,based on the combination of the problem point and the case experience.Comprehensive utilization of architecture,art,ecology and other disciplines of knowledge,summed up the specific restoration methods for a variety of landscape elements,in the case of Beijing Tianjin Tangshan.Landscape restoration of artificial elements take art design as the main method.This paper summarizes the methods of artificial landscape restoration of old industrial land,such as space planning,service facilities improvement and the reuse of industrial structure,industrial facilities,and industrial waste.For natural landscape elements,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of soil environmental remediation,water system management and re design,vegetation regeneration and planting design,ecological landscape construction.
