In the process of industrial restructuring in the process of social reproduction since the beginning of the 21 st century,factories in cities are facing closure or relocation.There are more and more industrial wasteland in the city.The problems of polluting the environment and destroying the integrity of the urban landscape in these industrial waste areas need to be resolved.At the same time,in 2010,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed the concept of "beautiful China" and incorporated ecological civilization into the overall layout of the "five in one".General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on various occasions showed the construction of ecological civilization.And importance.Therefore,it is essential to use ecological means to carry out landscape renewal of urban industrial wasteland.This paper takes Beijing abandoned chemical plant as the research object,combines landscape ecology,sustainable development and other related theories,analyzes and studies all aspects of industrial wasteland through data analysis and field research methods,and finally proposes ecological restoration and landscape renewal.A series of design strategies.Through research,this paper proposes an update strategy for urban industrial wasteland from two aspects.First of all,from the ecological point of view,the soil,water,vegetation and biodiversity are updated and protected.Secondly,from the perspective of landscape,the renovation strategy of the site buildings and structures is proposed.Ecological perspective: Firstly,for the contaminated soil,a tabular analysis method is used to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment methods.Finally,ecological restoration of soil iscarried out in areas with large areas and infrequent human activities for soil remediation.In areas with small areas and high human activities,physicochemical methods and phytoremediation methods are used to repair.For the poor soil,the ground cover plants are planted,and the pioneer shrubs and pioneer trees are gradually added to form a composite community where the shrubs and shrubs grow together to restore the soil fertility.Secondly,the purification of the water body adopts the wetland bubble through the analysis of the boundary effect.Constructing a wetland system,using the site height difference to purify the water body and setting the sponge facility to prevent the water body from contaminating the surface runoff under the premise of respecting the site topography,and simultaneously purifying the wet and aquatic plants to enhance the purification effect;Geographical location and climatic conditions propose two planting patterns based on remediation and mainly on vegetation.By creating a rich canopy line and forest edge line,enrich the plant level to create a beautiful landscape effect.Set up shelter forests in the downwind direction according to the location of the contaminated site and the wind direction;connect the plaques through the corridor to protect biodiversity.Landscape: create three levels of high,medium and low landscapes in the space;use the industrial elements to coordinate the old and new styles with the landscape.Reconstructing the site's waste materials and combining it with culture will design it as a landscape piece.These strategies will ultimately be reflected in the landscape renovation of the Beijing Oriental Chemical Plant.Finally,the paper applies the final research results to the ecological restoration and landscape regeneration design of the abandoned oriental chemical plant in Beijing,and demonstrates the feasibility of the article strategy.Finally,the construction mode of“industrial wasteland + ecological function + landscape function” was proposed.It will provide reference for the study of landscape regeneration and landscape renewal in urban industrial wasteland.
