| Urban natural gas pipeline system is one of the four lifeline of the city,especially the normal operation of the infrastructure.A large number of daily safety examples show that,compared with several other lifelines,the urban natural gas pipeline system has a relatively high frequency of accidents and prone to public safety incidents,the consequences are relatively serious.Therefore,the study on the vulnerability of urban natural gas pipeline system is a hot issue in the field of urban infrastructure security.However,at present,most scholars focus on the selection of influencing factors and the interaction between the external factors and the system ontology in two aspects.However,the city gas pipeline system due to the perennial buried in the ground,the interference of external factors affecting the overall vulnerability of the city is relatively small,natural gas pipeline system body state vulnerability become the main reason causing the overall vulnerability,and the vulnerability of the body inherent state of diagnosis is a blind spot in the research field of.Therefore,this research is based on the city disaster bearing capacity perspective,using the literature research method and deductive reasoning method of vulnerability evaluation index system construction of city gas pipeline system body natural condition,in order to realize urban gas pipeline system "physical" objective.First of all,on the basis of the literature review,this paper summarizes the influence factors of urban natural gas pipeline system vulnerability into two parts: internal and external factors.Based on city disaster bearing capacity from the perspective of internal factors,is the main influence elements,city gas pipeline system vulnerability ontology therefore,using literature research method,deductive reasoning method and questionnaire method decompose the internal factors,until the selected specific indicators,laying the foundation for the subsequent establishment of index system of fragile city gas system pipeline.Secondly,in the city gas pipeline system vulnerability based on the evaluation index system,and again issued 273 valid questionnaires,using SPSS and AMOS data analysis software,construct the index system of project analysis and factor analysis,in order to verify the effectiveness of the reasonable level index system theory and good the actual data simulation ability.Finally,by using the theory of vulnerability evaluation index system,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the analytic hierarchy process model,and determine the weight of each evaluation index in the vulnerability evaluation system.In addition,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation of Zhengzhou City Cultural Road gas pipeline system vulnerability,and the evaluation results and the traditional maximum membership degree of evaluation results are compared,the feasibility to use examples to construct the index system.In this paper,the factors affecting the vulnerability of natural gas piping system are selected from the view of urban disaster-bearing capacity,and an index system for physical examination of urban natural gas pipeline system is established,and verifies it from two aspects,which could be regarded as a new operational idea to assess vulnerability of the other system’s ontology. |
