Study On Planning And Design For Chemical Eco Industrial Park Of The South Sea

The eco industrial park is connected with the production system organically by means of conversion and transfer of energy flow and material flow,forming a symbiotic body which can be used for the exchange and reuse of resources,such as resource sharing,waste,waste water and energy.And the demand for energy and resources of chemical in dustry is huge,the chemical industry improve the utilization rate of materialsto a certain extent,but also have a negative effect on the environment greatly,how to build a scientifi c Chemical Industrial Park,to solve the contradiction between chemical industry and en vironment,realize the sustainable development,is the key problem incurrent chemical ec ological development.Based on these,this paper mainlystudies the following parts:(1)Study abroad for chemical industry park earlier,development is good,the domestic development is still in the stage of grope and practice,at this stage,the lack of unified planning,Science Park,park low-level convergence of industrial structure,environmental protection facilities construction lag characteristics,lead to the limitation of the construction of China's chemical industry park.(2)In the South China Sea chemical ecological park location status in good condition,topography,water resources,land resources and tourism resources situation is better,but the park land and development pattern is not clear,the modernization of the industry system has been formed,the traffic system construction,landscape resources have not been fully utilized,the overall land suitability is high.(3)The South Sea Chemical eco industrial park function,environment,space,culture and characteristics of the core competitive factors affect the overall development strategy,planning to comply with the development of regional integration,multi port,urban and rural space reconstruction and industrial cluster development strategy,the common control space to "industry oriented,service oriented,ecological landscape oriented development model.(4)The overall layout of the South Sea Chemical eco industrial park is the three aspects of the layout of commercial and commercial land,industrial development and layout,ecological leisure land layout.The life and business land layout with modern production services,quality of life services and leisure tourism as the leading industry,the development of circle structure;industrial layout of industrial development and industrial layout,logistics industry and modern service industry as the main body;ecological leisure with landlord to consider the historical relics protection and control level and range and so on.Planning of ecological leisure structure.
