With the pace of modern urban construction gradually accelerated,Chinese construction industry is constantly growing and developing,especially the concrete quality of requirement are higher and higher.As the key part of high-rise buildings,the floor has an important function and role.So,the quality of the floor concrete becomes particularly important,especially the thick floor mass concrete.The study focuses on the control of crack of mass concrete's structure for thick bottom slab of high-rise building.Combined with its structure,mechanism and prevention measures are formed,based on the studied of the concrete mix optimization,structural construction technology,construction process control and conservation measures and other aspects,the construction technology of crack effectively and increase the practical experience in future construction.Firstly,based on the concrete crack theory and temperature stress theory,the causes of the formation of concrete cracks are analyzed.Combined with the theory of temperature stress,the influence of temperature stress and strain on the formation of concrete cracks is introduced and discussedSecondly,combined with the causes of cracks and the influence of temperature stress on concrete cracks,preventive measures of concrete cracks are analyzed in this paper.The prevent the formation of concrete cracks is discussed,which from the aspects of temperature change control,control of mix ratio and control of conservation measures.Thirdly,combined with the analysis of the formation and control of fractures,the characteristics of mass concrete of thick bottom slab of high-rise building are analyzed,and the construction characteristics are studied.Based on the different construction characteristics,and beginning with template,steel,concrete and other different engineering links,construction characteristics and technology are also studied.Fourth,taken the mass concrete construction for thick bottom slab of the Beijing Urban Construction-Shihuabojun area as a major case,combined with the analysis of cracks' s causes and preventive measures,related construction technology measures are described,such as concrete mix ratio optimization,concrete temperature control after existing machine,cooling system layout,concrete pumping and pouring technologies,monitoring and control of internal temperature of mass concrete,and post maintenance of mass concrete.The effect of mass concrete crack control indicates that the above measures are practical and have good effect on the control of cracks in mass concrete,and it also shows the technical measures of mass concrete temperature crack control are scientific and standardized.
