With the functions of high-rise buildings becoming more and more diversified, general structions can not meet the rigidity, intensity, ductility of the modern constructions. Now there are some engineer ing cases, in which, the change of Column grid between the standard layer upper part and community services layer under part could accomplished by the structural transfer floor. Thereinto, the transfer beam and transfer truss are used, while for the high-rise building with complex figure, only the transfer slab can be used. Because there are few studys on transfer thick slab at present, this paper will discuss the problem. The paper puts forward to form a framwork system with simulation beams. Making them as horizontal members, generally, we can analyse the structure by the high-rise building global analysis softwares, such as TBSA, TAT, SATWE, and so on. We can design the inner force of the upper and under parts and reinforce them according to the results, of which we can Pick out the informations about the thick slab, and analyzes it individualy with finite element methods and calculate its inner force, rainforcing and deformation.Based on the generalized variational principle of the modificatory variables and substituent shearing strain field interpolation of the bending theory of the Mindilin plate, this paper brings up the nine-node mixed plate bending element and adopts the SAP2000?a large-scale finite element analysis programs. By the examples, we find the precision of the method is satisfying.According to the different cases (general load or seism load), the paper discusses the inner forces when the transfer thick slab receives the vertical load and horizontal load. In regard to the former, this paper proposes that we could express the displacement function of the member with the B-Spline theory, calculate its differential coefficient and express it into the moments and shears of the sections, then set up equations and solve them to get the displacement function. In view of characteristics of the thick slab, the author suggests using not onlythe method of the modal decomposition but also time interval analyses and found the moment-shear model. Refering to the vertical loads on the slab, the paper analyzes the effects from under parts and present a comparative reasonable support pattern. For the vertical partial bending of the thick slab, the author has also compared the elasticity theory with plasticity theory.lastly, in the paper some suggestions were put forward about correlative problems such as the slab thickness, arrangement of reinforcement and construction etc.
