| The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China’s economy and the construction industry has made great contributions on promoting social and economic and improving people’s livelihood.Now the vigorous development of urbanization in China has drawn higher demand for the project management ability.The level of project management has an important influence on the project duration,quality,cost and the interests of the construction and the clients.Making project progress schedule is the first step of project management.A reasonable project schedule can achieve good balance between the cost and duration of the project and is good for carrying out the construction.In order to make sure that the project construction is carried out well based on the project schedule to avoid the delay,the project control is needed.The project control can also be useful for ensuring the project to be finished in low cost and high quality.Thus,the project progress schedule control is very important for the project.In this thesis,the construction project of Jinheyipin Community is used as the example for researching.At first,the theories about project progress schedule and project progress schedule control in project management are studied and analyzed.The principle,method,steps of making progress schedule and optimization of the schedule are considered to make the progress schedule of the project.The construction project is carried out according to the progress schedule.Then some project progress schedule control solutions are used in the project construction progress to make sure the project is finished in time in the context of low cost and high quality.Hope the work presented in this study is useful for improving the project management ability in the construction industry and providing reference for other construction project in the real estate projects. |
