The integral impeller is the core of the compressor engine,it is widely used in aviation,aerospace,ground propulsion system metallurgy and defense and other fields.The overall impeller design and processing technology is critical to the performance of the engine.In this paper,the reverse engineering technique is used to reconstruct the model of the whole impeller model,and then the finite element analysis of the reconstructed whole impeller model structure is carried out.The model structure is further reconstructed and then processed by five Axis machining technology for the overall impeller for automatic programming and simulation processing verification,and finally in the machine for test cut.In the aspect of the whole impeller modeling,it is difficult to design and build the impeller model composed of complex surfaces.In this paper,the reverse imposition of the whole impeller is studied based on the reverse engineering technology,and some research is done.First,the non-contact 3D scanner JUMN-SUN is used to collect the point cloud data,and the digital model is constructed by the physical model transformation.Using the reverse software Imageware and modeling software UG NX8.5 their software advantages,the blade and the hub of the surface model reconstruction.First,the physical model is collected and pretreated with the point cloud data.By extracting the feature points of the boundary contours,the characteristic curves are generated from the points,and the curves are generated by the curves to complete the solid modeling,which follows the point-to-line and the shape Method,at the same time according to the structural characteristics of the whole impeller to achieve impeller model modeling.In the aspect of structural optimization of the whole impeller,the finite element analysis software UG NX finite element analysis is used to analyze the static strength of the impeller model.Through the linear static analysis of the structure of the impeller,the location of the maximum deformation and the concentration of the stress is obtained,which provides the basis for the optimization and redesign of the reverse modeling of the whole impeller.In this paper,five-axis processing of the impeller and the simulation of a certain content to do research.The whole blade is thin,the number is large,the radius of curvature changes greatly,the space between the leaves is narrow,the technical requirements are high,the processing is difficult,through the development of reasonable processing technology,the use of five-axis CNC machine tools to complete processing.UG NX8.5 software used in this article has a powerful modeling function and five-axis automatic programming function,the use of UG NX8.5 professional five-axis impeller module for automatic programming tool path,through the UG post-processor to match the machine with NC program,And finally the use of VERICUT simulation function,the knife path to check and program verification,to meet the actual processing requirements of the NC program,so as to ensure the actual processing of the feasibility and accuracy.
