Prefabricated Construction Information Sharing Approach And Research Method Based On BIM

In the whole life cycle of the assembly building,there are many participants in each stage,the types of information generated are complex,the form is large,the number is huge,which led to the construction project throughout the life cycle of serious loss of information,To a large extent restricted the assembly of construction project management level and management efficiency,seriously inhibited the development of industrial construction.At present,people have recognized the need to adopt advanced information management techniques and methods to enhance the management level of the entire construction industry and promote the development of the construction industry.Therefore,the research on the sharing path and method of assembly architecture information has become an important research direction and development trend.This paper made perfabricated building information as the research object,the creating P-BIM database and the information exchange matrix as the method,achieved information sharing of perfabricated building entire life-circle management.This article firstly analized prefabricated building information to concluded the reasons of why prefabricated building information sharing difficult.Then based on expounding related theory of BIM and P-BIM and find that how to set a P-BIM database,analized the sharing way—information exchange matrix,between P-BIM softwares,and achieve information sharing based on database,softwares and exchange information codes.Finally,it taked Ji'nan Gang Xin Yuan public housing construction project as an example,use P-BIM database in real perfabricated building construction program,analized transfer process and path of different formats of information through P-BIM database from element hoisting,design changing and reinforced grouting sleeves connecting three key points,then explained the feasibility and operability based on BIM information sharing methods and ways.This research can effectively avoid the problem of information loss and poor communication,to provide theoretical support for the assembly building life cycle information sharing is beneficial to the realization of the whole life cycle of information management.
