With the continuous development of the national economy,the urbanization rate in our country has increased from 20%in 1990 to 57.35%in 2017 and is expected to reach 60%by 2020,Facing the environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by the extensive construction management in the traditional construction industry,the 13th Five-Year Plan put forward to promote building industrialization and take the road of building a new type of construction with Chinese characteristics.New building industrialization refers to the information technology and building industrialization through the integration of information technology in the building to achieve cross-cutting industrial development.Building industrialization is the production of components factory,mechanized construction for the production mode,and promote the development of precast concrete structure.Informatization is mainly reflected in the application of Building Information Modling(BIM)to realize the management and maintenance of the entire life cycle of a building,including the management during planning,design,construction and operation.Combining BIM technology with the development of prefabricated buildings can give full play to the advantages of BIM information and promote the development of fabricated buildings.By analyzing the characteristics of BIM technology and prefabricated wall panels,the paper combines BIM technology with the application of prefabricated wall panels and put forward the application research of prefabricated wallboard construction technology based on BIM.The paper focuses on the key technonlogies of visual construction technology based on BIM,the establishment of precast concrete structure BIM model and the simulation of BIM technology in the process of prefabricated wallboard construction are mainly studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By studying the application of prefabricated sandwich insulation wall panel installation technology at this stage,the paper put forward the visual construction based on BIM and the innovative application of BIM technology in the key processes of prefabricated wallboard construction,including the layout of prefabricated wallboard construction site based on BIM,prefabricated wallboard hoisting collision check based on BIM,prefabricated wallboard positioning and adjusting technology based on BIM and prefabricated wall panel filling process and so on.(2)Through the study of the management of the traditional construction schedule,Navis works and Project were used to simulate the 4D construction schedule of the prefabricated wall panels,and the 4D construction schedule refinement management model based on BIM was established.(3)Through the modeling of prefabricated components in prefabricated structures using BIM modeling software,including prefabricated sandwich panels,prefabricated staircases,prefabricated airconditioning boards and inclined support,the overall construction model of fabricated structures was established.(4)It is researched on Shenyang Honghui Park Safeguard Housing Project.A prefabricated component project family based on BIM was created and a BIM structural model was constructed.Through the establishment of 4D actual construction schedule model,the construction process is simulated,and the application of key construction technology based on BIM and RFID technology are put forward to realize the full life cycle management of prefabricated components.
