With the gradual deepening of the concept of sustainable development,China has taken the development of prefabricated buildings as an important strategy to promote the structural adjustment of the construction industry and to improve the efficiency of construction.It has successively issued a series of policies to promote the rapid development of fabricated buildings and many countries' housing industrialization bases came into being.Prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly.However,due to the unclear information synergy between the multi-agents in the prefabricated building construction process,the low information cooperation willingness and the lack of a perfect information collaboration system,the information collaboration efficiency is significantly reduced,making the work between the participating entities not well as well as resulting in construction delays and increased costs.So,constructing an efficient information collaboration platform is of great significance for the orderly development of fabricated buildings.This paper uses the social network model method to determine the dominant position of the investment developer in the process of prefabricated building construction,and analyzes the cooperative willingness of the prefabricated building participation in the subject information with or without the incentive of the investment developer.Finally,a multi-agent information collaboration system for the prefabricated building construction process led by investment developer was established.The main contents of the full text are as follows:(1)The participating subjects in the process of prefabricated building construction were defined,and the information among multiple subjects in the process of prefabricated building construction were sorted out.Finally,the problems of information synergy in the process of prefabricated building construction was expounded.(2)The social network analysis method was used to analyze the main social network of the prefabricated building construction process.Through establishing the multi-subject social network model of the prefabricated building construction process and the model parameters analysis,the dominant position of the investment developer in the process of prefabricated building construction was expounded.(3)The game theory was used to analyze the cooperative willingness and its influencing factors of the participating entities in the prefabricated building construction led by the investment developer,and a series of measures of investment developer that can be used to improve the participation of the assembly building construction process synergistic will was put forward.(4)Based on BIM technology and Internet of Things technology,the multi-agent information collaboration model led by the capital developer was constructed,and the application of the model in all aspects of the assembly building construction was analyzed.Finally,the measures to ensure the efficient operation of the multi-agent information coordination system of the prefabricated building dominated by the investment developer were put forward.
