The industrialized building is developing rapidly on China's new way to industrialization.This study focuses on the present construction situation and bottleneck problems of industrialized houses with precast shear wall structure,and tries to find a frame-shear wall construction system as a new and suitable solution to industrialized housing.By integrating theory with practice,the study mainly deals with four aspects which are the latest research on industrialized housing,the choice of construction system,the tectonics of main body and the tectonics of infill.The results show that:(1)Frame-shear structure skeleton-infill system has obvious advantages in economy,open architectural design,industrial and tectonic culture,thus it is an ideal construction system of China's current industrialized housing.(2)Durability and adaptability are the guiding principles of the tectonics of building's main body,and the skeleton,public tube wells,tube core should be optimized and coordinated according to these principles;The diversification of components,the reversibility of structure,and the diversification of facade should be the future of the outside wall;research and invention should also be valued in the development of industrialization.(3)Spatial adaptability and flexibility are the guiding principles of the tectonics of infill.The pipeline laying,separation components and joints should be researched and invented according to these principles.We also need to promote the standardization,producibility,generality and reuse of the components and joints.
