As the housing development of China has basically meets the quantitative needs,the improvement of housing quality and the upgrade of service consumption have been required.SI housing is one of the most mature industrialized houses nowadays,which is able to meet the residents' sustainable demand for housing to the maximum,and it is one of the directions for the sustainable development of China's housing industry.Since its generation,SI housing has advocated the use of industrialized construction methods.However,in recent years,the prefabricated-only concept has caused some obstacles to the healthy development of SI housing in China.In this thesis,through literature study,action research,systematic research,comparative study,case study and other research methods,based on the basic research of the cooperation project with a large domestic housing company,focus on exploring how to adopt SSGF(Safe&share?Sci-tech?Green?Fine),an on-site industrial construction system which is mature applied and is widely recognized and promoted,to build SI housing.Based on the transformation of design and construction theory and the innovation of industrialized construction technology system,with SI housing industrialization as the development goal,combined with China's actual situation,China's localized and publicly acceptable SI housing industrialized construction technology system is built.Firstly,the thesis clarifies the connotation and division of SI housing,the typical characteristics and requirements for industrialized construction of SI housing are clarified too,then the problems existing in the development of SI housing in China based on the technology system used by domestic practice case are analyzed.Follow on,the thesis analyzes the division of SSGF technical system,theoretical basis,key features,and the advantages of SSGF.On this basis,the thesis demonstrates the fit between SI housing and SSGF construction system from three aspects: objective,complementarity and attribute,and analyzes the support effect of SSGF on the industrialized construction of SI housing through the support matrix.Then,the adaptability and necessity of using SSGF construction system to build SI house are obtained.In addition,the thesis defines the scope of the industrialized construction technology system.On the basis of further analysis of the above support matrix,combines with the SI housing theoretical foundation,SSGF existing achievements and the development of new technologies,the analysis framework of SSGF-based industrialized construction technology for SI housing is built.Secondly,based on the above analysis framework,the thesis elaborated three parts of SI housing industrialized construction technology system: the design,construction technology and management method.In the design mode,on the basis of the SSGF hierarchical standardization design mode,the thesis adds the design patterns that contribute to the realization of SI housing characteristics and the requirements of SI housing industrialized construction;in the construction technology system,the support concrete structure emphasizes moderate prefabrication,proposes an on-site industrialized complete technical system,and advocates combining with other related new construction technologies,in addition,it supplements the complete technical system of the infill that SSGF lacks;in terms of management methods,it proposes a lean construction management model for the whole life cycle of SI housing to provide management guarantee for the development of the technical system.Eventually,a complete SI housing industrialization construction technology system based on SSGF is formed,which provides new thoughts for the development of China's construction industrialization construction technology system.Finally,the thesis analyzes the feasibility and advantages of the SI housing industrialized construction system based on SSGF through a case.
