At present,the sample transport is an indispensable module in Morphology Hemocyte Assembly Line,complete the function of automatic transmit?retest etc.Ongoing automate working brings a high efficiency for clinical test,it decreases labor costs,at the same time,reduced the artificial medical accidents caused by fatigue,and spend,less for patients to waiting and funds in the test.In this paper,on the basis of traditional sample transport,According to the new goals for project,a new sample transport for a type of full-automatic blood cell analyzer has been design.The main profile of the issue are as follows:1? Conventional mechanism design.To be used the classic method for push mechanism?send mechanism,unloading mechanism design.this part is named as walk mechanism.the main work is picks stepper motor and timing belt.2? Mixing mechanism design.It is the key part of this sample transport,this paper seek out Hoeken mechanism as the design blueprint based on the rectilinear motion function.The modeling analysis is taken to optimize size of the structure,optimal parameters are concluded: l2=42mm,l3=100mm,l4=100mm,l5=100mm,l1=80mm,q(28)28.5°,b(28)-28.5°.By the motion simulation,conclude that the velocity,acceleration and displacement were verified organization comply with the design requirements.3? Scanning mechanism design.This part is used to be rotary blood-collecting vessel,so that give the bar code reader a good working conditions.This design principle of scanning mechanism is stepping motor drives the cam rotating,idler between the blood-collecting vessel and cam,blood-collecting vessel rotating with the cam.Due to the particularity of scanning structure location and structure,The first ten order is obtained by modal analysis of rigid body inherent frequency,provide a basis for fault diagnosis and packaging design.4? Experimental analysis.In this paper,by using the method of clinical test for acceptance of equipment,using orthogonal test blending effect and barcode reading rate.The experiment found the influence of different test level for the result,and give a best blending parameters combination:Shake speed is 25°rad/ s,Shake well number is 8,Shake amplitude is25 mm,Sweep rate reached 100%.
