Solving model of short-term optimal scheduling of cascaded hydropower stations is complex and high timeliness requirement.Therefore,this paper research a software system integration with a short-term optimal scheduling of cascaded hydropower stations model solving with universal optimization solver.The system is based on Lingo optimization software to establish the model of inner-plant economical operation of hydropower stations,fitting the dynamic characteristic curve of hydropower station,establish the model of short-term optimal scheduling of cascaded hydropower stations,making day-ahead generation schedule.Integrating Lingo with the system developed by JAVA,the system develop the procedure of system data,human-computer interaction,data interface,and Data pre/post processing.The details are as follows:(1)Through the research on principle of inner-plant economical operation of hydropower stations,establish the model of inner-plant economical operation of hydropower stations considering the unit vibration zone,introduce the Lingo and how to use Lingo to solve the model.Use Wujiangdu hydropower station as the case,the results show that the global optimal solution of the optimization problem can be obtained quickly and accurately by using Lingo.The result can be fitting in dynamic characteristic curve of hydropower station and use to solving model of short-term optimal scheduling of cascaded hydropower stations.(2)Establish model of short-term optimal scheduling of cascaded hydropower stations,in order to make hydropower undertaking peak load regulation of power grid,two optimizing operation model is established as two different objective functions,minimum variance of remaining load sequence and minimum crest value of remaining load sequence,and using Lingo to solve this model.Taking six Hydropower Stations as research objects: Hongjiadu,Dongfeng,Suofengying,Wujiangdu,Goupitan and Silin.The optimal solution of the convergence is obtained,and Numerical results demonstrate the validity of the developed method.(3)A short-term dispatching system of Wujiang hydropower stations is developed,which can improve the short-term dispatching automation of hydropower stations and facilitate the decision maker's operation.The Lingo solver is integrated into the system.The system adopts B/S architecture and is easy to maintain.It can complete data interaction and connection with other systems as well as water regime automatic measurement and reporting system through the data interface.The system uses Lingo14.0 solver to solve the optimization model,and it can solve the scheduling model in a faster time.Finally,this paper summarizes the work and research,and some practical conclusions are obtained.
