The research on the function layout of residential space and teaching area in China has been more comprehensive.However,there is less research on the layout of commercial facilities space which is closely related to students' life,commercial service facilities are also the daily needs of students.Good commercial space layout can not only facilitate students' daily study and life,but also provide students with communication platform,it's significant for campus development.Therefore,this paper focuses on the layout of the campus commercial space,and provides a theoretical basis and technical guidance for the construction and improvement of the commercial space in University.In this paper,students' daily consumption behavior demand as the starting point,the characteristics are analyzed,and compared the current situation of the university and the surrounding commercial layout,the question between students' daily consumption travel demand and the current situation of commercial layout is obtained.Finally,we can find out the Campus business planning and updating strategy.This paper selects the representative universities in Dalian: Dalian University of Technology and Dalian Maritime University,through questionnaires and interviews,we obtain the behavioral characteristics and satisfaction evaluation of students' basic consumption,then the SPSS was used to analyze the data.Finally,we can sum up the impact of various types of consumer behavior and internal changes in the law.On the basis of this,the paper takes DUT as an example,we can find out the factors affecting the spatial characteristics of all kinds of consumer travel through the comparative analysis of behavior and actual space.Finally,the present situation of university campus commercial space layout in Dalian area is been summarized.Study based on students' daily consumption demand find that the campus commercial presence problems,such as high price,lack of industry structure based on experience,the imbalance of business form structure and lack of experience.Therefore put forward by enhancing the students to participate in campus commercial construction,adjust the industry structure and the formation of interaction with surrounding community.Campus group division could solve the contradiction between man and cars,combine campus environment to create a good commercial space,divide commercial grades,enhance the cultural characteristics of the targeted strategy,in order to promote campus business to enhance the quality of service,to promote the healthy development of campus planning.
