The present paper focuses on the problem of concrete pavement regarded as elastic rectangular thin plate.The finite integral transformation method is used to solve the high order partial differential equation which is the governing equation for buckling problem of the elastic rectangular thin plates to get the exact solution of temperature with two opposite edges simply supported under compressive load and four edges simply supported under shear load.In the analysis process,the government equation which is high order partial differential equation can be transformed into a system of linear algebraic equations by the sinusoidal finite integral transform method to get the solution.With eliminating the need to pre-determine the deflection functions,the finite integral transform method simplifies the process of analysis compared with other traditional available methods.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper analyzes the buckling problems while the rectangular elastic thin plates are two simply supported edges,two clamped edges,two free edges,one free and one simply supported edges,one free and one clamped edges which the other two opposite edges are simply supported by one-dimensional sinusoidal finite integral transformation and gets the exact solution of the critical load with different length-width ratio.(2)The elastic rectangular thin plate under shear load has the exact solution only while the plate is simply supported on four edges because of the particularity of the governing equation under shear load.The two-dimensional sinusoidal finite integral transform method is used to get the critical load in the paper.Comparing with energy method,this method is proved valid.(3)The critical temperature of buckling in concrete pavement is obtained by using the finite integral transform method.According to the expression of the critical temperature,the paper can get three factors which affect the critical temperature-Poisson's ratio?length-width ratio and side radio.By analyzing how these factors influence the critical temperature,theoretical is then provided for engineering design and construction.
