At present,social economy developed the rapidly,and the major enterprises are facingmore and more intense competition.For the construction enterprises,cost management control is the necessary way to improve the economic efficiency of construction enterprises,to enhance the competitive advantage and enterprise competitiveness and to resist the pressure.The work of construction enterprises is labor intensive industry,involving a wide range of areas,covering a wide range,which determines its pursuit of high quality,low cost,high efficiency of the cost of lean management model.Therefore,leaning the cost of management ideas as a guide and optimizing the construction enterprise construction project cost control management is very important.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the cost from three aspects which contains land cost,construction cost and overhead cost.Using three levels of cost control organization(decision system,management system,execution system)to solve project problems.Also put forward the cost control program measures,including construction,construction and construction of all the cost of work after the protection.Established cost control program of Shenyang W plant project,and determined the cost control measures to ensure the effective realization of cost management.In the project cost management process,generally include:forecasting,decision making,planning,accounting,control,analysis and assessment.The paper mainly introduced the purpose and significance of cost management research,research status of construction project cost management both at home and abroad.Listing the relevant theoretical basis of cost management and researched the cost management of Shenyang W factory project,as well as the existing problems and shortcomings and analysis of its causes and give the appropriate cost management measures for the existing problems and related reasons.Through this research we can conclude that good cost control work we should establish the cost control monitoring index system first.Second,establish a perfect cost control organization for the management system.Finally,the principle of cost control for business guidance is also necessary.Furthermore,cost management is a systematic project that requires all employees of the enterprise to implement the entire process of the project.Combining the good cost control work and excellent management methods that can lead us get a successful cost management work.
