Research On Construction Engineering Project Cost Management Improvement Of Sixth Engineering Company In Hunan Province

To get rid of the status quo, accelerate the development of enterprises, the company put forward to make money is the hard truth, and the project management as the focus of enterprise cost management center, so to strengthen the project cost management has become the priority of the company.This paper in the process of research, is sixth engineering co., LTD in hunan province as an example, on the construction project cost management in the process of argumentation and analysis, through the way science is also on the nature of project management theory are discussed. Through discussion, the paper analyzes the meaning and structure of construction company project cost, analyzes the construction project cost management goal and the main influence factors, on construction project cost management, economics and management analysis had summarized six company project cost management status, and its currently in the process of project cost management, the problems and the cause of these problems are expounded.
