Strength Analysis And Testing Research Of The Fabricated Cover System In Subway Station

Based on the construction of one metro station in Lanzhou Metro Line 2.Researched and analyzed the fabricated cover system,mainly including the structure of the fabricated cover system,the selection of calculation conditions and load,built3 D modeling of the fabricated cover system by Solidworks software,built surface model of the cover beams by mid-surface operation in Solidworks,imported surface models into the Ansys Workbench and grid them,given the model material characteristics and established the contact relationship of each component,checked the grid quality,applied simply supported boundary conditions on the beam system,applied corresponding constraints on the concrete beam and steel column,loading and do static linear elastic finite element computing,got each type of cover beam under load stress and deflection,longitudinal force and deflection and ultimate load of steel tubular column,finally get the preliminary conclusion that the fabricated cover system is safe and reliable.Design a strain measurement scheme of cover beam system,through the finite element calculation results of single beam stress under the load value is large,as the detection point strain measurement.The measurement hardware is based on the NI9236 and NI 9237 strain data acquisition cards and develops the cover beam strain test system on LabVIEW and NI MAX software platforms.The testing system has the strain measurement of structure and function,and according to the material characteristics of the user input to calculate the stress value and structure in comparison to determine the safety status of the structure stress and material.By combination of hardware and software in strain test on the single cover beam system,get the conclusion that the fabricated cover system is safe.
