With the rapid development of social economy,the construction of urban road developed rapidly.As the utilization rate of urban vehicles is increasing,the performance of road surface is declining gradually,and the maintenance tasks of urban roads are getting heavier and heavier.There is an urgent need to improve the level of road maintenance to meet the rapid development of urban road construction.Based on the urban roadway network,GIS is used to manage the road data space,and the urban road management information system,which is based on GIS,is developed according to the characteristics and management requirements of urban roads.This system used C # as the development environment,SuperMap Objects.NET for the basic spatial data,SQL Server for data management.This study covers 21 spatial information data sheets including routes,bridges,traffic signs and lighting facilities,and 31 attribute information tables including pavement basic information,bridge upper and lower structure,surface layer structure and base structure.The system divides the route into five layers: lane,no-directional section,directional section,no-directional road,directional road,and their spatial data includes 3350 lanes,948 no-directional sections,1912 direction sections,171 no-directional road,352 directional road,the total number of the route of the spatial data is 6733.The system has developed 10 main interface,including a main interface,5 data management interface,4 data analysis interface.The main roading network of Shijiazhuang is used as the example to verify the model and the model analyzes of the road management system of Shijiazhuang road network,this system evaluates the damage of Shijiazhuang road network,puts forward to the decision model and preventive maintenance model,and obtains the urban road forecast plan of Shijiazhuang road network.
