In recent years,with the continuous progress of society,China's housing industry is in the rising period,the annual urban and rural residential construction area of more than 10 billion square meters.In the old building demolition,but also create a large number of construction waste,if the use of steel structure residential system can be achieved standardization,product,organization of industrial production,water,land,energy,materials,environmental requirements and Sustainable development and so on.The current lack of structural problems with the steel structure of the maintenance system is still the main factor limiting its development.In this paper,according to the characteristics of steel structure structure system,research and development for the steel structure of the residential system of the envelope material.In this paper,lightweight aggregate concrete with coarse aggregate,spontaneous combustion of coal gangue artificial sand or perlite as fine aggregate is prepared.The main contents are as follows:(1)to the particle size of 5mm-20 mm fly ash ceramsite as coarse aggregate,test with five kinds of strength of concrete,steel structure can meet the different requirements of the use of different wall panels.(2)In order to meet the simplicity and strength of concrete,the shear density of 5mm-30 mm is the coarse aggregate,and the comparison experiment with 15 kinds of mixing ratio is used to form the apparent Density of not more than 900 kg / m~3 ultra-light shale ceramsite concrete.(3)the three kinds of ceramsite in different volume of the proportion of the proportion of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue broken,sieved spontaneous combustion of coal gangue artificial sand or perlite as fine aggregate,mixed with water reducing agent,thickener,etc.Agent,the concrete to meet the workability,strength,based on the minimum apparent density as the goal,the preparation of a series of lightweight high-strength concrete,and explore the impact of different materials on concrete.(4)Considering the occurrence of fire,study the mechanical properties of the wall material-ceramsite concrete at high temperature.In this paper,the ceramsite concrete at 200 ? and 400 ? under the fire test.
