Study On The Mode Of Rural Planning Transformation In Xiaoyi City Under The Background Of New Urbanization

During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,China will continue to promote the "people-oriented" new urbanization.The reform of the rural areas is related to the national affairs,national rejuvenation,properly solve the problem of agriculture and rural areas,is a long way to go.Xiaoyi City,Shanxi Province,economic county,for nine consecutive years,China’s top 100 counties.At the same time,the traditional resource-based city,with the gradual depletion of resources,Xiaoyi City,the majority of coal village life safety is threatened,other rural areas behind the face does not meet the development of Xiaoyi City,so Xiaoyi city government Vigorously promote the new urbanization in rural areas,the implementation of a comprehensive rural transformation.Based on this background,this paper studies the theory of rural transformation in Xiaoyi City.This paper analyzes the specific situation of Xiaoyi city and the transformation mode of some villages,evaluates and summarizes the experience,and has certain guiding significance to the transformation of other rural areas in Xiaoyi City.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter elaborates the research background,the purpose,the significance,the method and the content of this article.The second chapter analyzes the theory of rural transformation at home and abroad,and studies the successful experience of rural transformation from the concrete example of rural transformation in Shenzhen,rural transformation of Bavaria in Germany and South Korea’s new village movement.The third part is divided into two parts.The first part gives a brief summary of the natural situation and humanistic situation of Xiaoyi City.The second part introduces the present situation and the present situation of the rural areas in Xiaoyi City,and points out the common problems in rural areas Village-specific problems.The fourth chapter starts from the transformation of four different types of villages in Wutong Town,Gaoyang Town,Jiajiazhuang Village and Jianjia Yucun Village,and introduces the concrete transformation method of Xiaoyi Municipal Government.In the fifth chapter,the three methods of the transformation of the whole village,the transformation of the whole village and the transformation of the village in the village are carried out by the case and the experience and the theory.The sixth chapter summarizes the rural transformation of Xiaoyi city.
