With the progress of human civilization,the large span space structure has gradually replaced the traditional structure form with its beautiful and atmospheric architecture,however,due to its structural form and the state of the complex,difficult construction and other reasons,it is necessary to carry out real-time health monitoring of such buildings.Through the health monitoring in time to find the location of structural damage,and through a variety of channels to issue security warning warning,to reduce unnecessary casualties and property losses.In this paper,Professor Lei Honggang presided over the South Railway Station of Taiyuan health monitoring project as background,describes the project background and the structure characteristics of the South Railway Station structure,Through the finite element analysis,the actual health monitoring program is developed,and the safety warning index is put forward.The main work is as follows:(1)Establish the model of the whole building structure using Midas/Gen finite element analysis software,static and dynamic characteristic analysis of building structure,Abaqus finite element analysis software is used to analyze the stress concentration and the bearing capacity of the complex structure of the complex structure of the house cover truss and the special-shaped column.On the one hand the building structure design is reasonable,has certain safety margin,on the other hand,to provide a theoretical basis for the actual layout of health monitoring sensor.(2)Based on the results of finite element analysis,the optimal layout of the health monitoring sensor is made by using the sensitivity principle,from the strain,acceleration,temperature,wind speed,wind pressure and deformation of 6 generousaspects station roof,commercial interlayer,elevated layer,real-time monitoring of steel column.Through the analysis and processing of the real-time monitoring data,the abnormal change of the structure can be identified in time.(3)The related literature at home and abroad,research on security early warning threshold monitoring project,establishes the index of the three level early warning system,to establish a set of online monitoring platform to facilitate the staff to monitor the running status of the station.At the same time,after collecting the relevant data,the finite element model can be modified to provide a more perfect theoretical basis for the health monitoring of large span spatial structure.In this paper,through the research on the health monitoring system of Taiyuan south station project,the specific conclusions and results are obtained in the aspects of finite element analysis,sensor arrangement and safety warning,It also marks a new step in the field of health monitoring of complex,large span steel structures!... |
