Safety is an important design attribute of engineering system,and the result of the accident is difficult to be accepted.With the increasing complexity and dynamic interaction of engineering systems,the traditional safety analysis methods have been difficult to be comprehensive and systematic study on system safety.In this paper,the advantages of a variety of safety analysis methods are using.Based on the design stage of the engineering system,combining GTST model with DEVS model,using the method of modeling and simulation to carry out safety analysis.The research in this paper contains the following aspects:The model combining with constraint and the process of safety design analysis with analysis of adjacent level nodes as the core is proposed.The whole analysis process is based on the identification of the accident chain,and the safety model of the system is built up with the engineering design.The safety analysis of the adjacent level nodes is the core of whole safety analysis.The identification of the accident chain begins with the identification of hazardous resource.The safety requirement is put forward to prevent the hazardous resource from losing control,so as to reduce the probability of occurrence of the accident chain and increase the number of Intermediate events.The safety simulation model based on DEVS is put forward based on the safety model.The correctness of the safety model is verified by simulation after it is built and evaluate the system risk through simulation.DEVS model is a kind of discrete event system description specification.The DEVS can be used to describe the node effectively,so that the safety model can be transformed into simulation model.The core of simulation also is the simulation of the adjacent nodes.The safety modeling and simulation system is preliminarily designed based on the safety model and simulation model.The design of the simulation system has a very important practical significance for the safety analysis of the engineering system.The design includes requirement analysis,database design and the design of the main module.The simulation system is easy to design personnel in the design phase of the engineering system’s safety analysis.Using the safety modeling and design analysis process of this paper,we analyze the safety of the reduction function of the space shuttle recovery stage.The results show that the analysis process can achieve good results in the solution of the safety problems of complex engineering technology system,and verify the feasibility of the safety analysis process.
