The complex electromechanical products play an irreplaceable role in the process of improving equipment manufacturing.Therefore,the key to upgrading the level of China's equipment manufacturing industry is to improve the research and development capabilities of complex electromechanical products.As the global market environment gradually shifts from a stable and uniform seller's market to a diversified and diversified buyer's market,the complex electromechanical product manufacturing companies want to maintain their competitive advantages in today's complex and ever-changing market environment and global competition,they should transform the product-oriented design concept into a requirement-oriented design concepts,and take customer requirements as the driving force for product development.However,with the increasing complexity of the functions,structures,and performance of complex electromechanical products,their customer requirements are characterized by rapid changes,flexible forms,increasing personalized and diversified,high quality,and shortened product design cycles.These characteristics have made it difficult for traditional requirement analysis and management methods to effectively support the rapid development for complex electromechanical products driven by customer requirements.Therefore,there is an urgent need to improve and extend the traditional methods and theories to adapt and support the rapid and customized design process of complex electromechanical products.Based on the requirement-oriented design concept,this paper systematically studies the key issues and technologies of the requirement information acquisition,processing,modeling,and mapping in the process of complex electromechanical product requirement analysis.The main research work is as follows:(1)Research on the customer requirement acquisition for complex electromechanical products based on usage scenariosBase on in-depth analysis and discussion of defects and deficiencies of traditional customer requirement acquisition methods in the application of complex electromechanical products,this paper studies the customer requirement acquisition for complex electromechanical products based on usage scenarios.First of all,it constructs a lifecycle model to realize the identification,ordering and expression of complex electromechanical products customers,and then builds a use scenario model and a corresponding customer requirement acquisition template.Finally,through this type of guided requirement acquisition template combined with network technology,we can completely,orderly,efficiently and intelligently collect the customer requirements of complex electromechanicalproducts.(2)Research on systematized customer requirement processing methods and technologies for complex electromechanical productsIn order to deal with fuzzy,redundant,conflict and disorderly customer requirements,this paper studies systematic customer requirement processing technologies,including customer requirement integration,importance calculation,and requirement classification to standardize,hierarchy and order the customer needs of complex electromechanical products.(3)The construction of customer requirement model and technical indicator model based on meta-structure treeBased on the meta-model theory,this paper studies the definition,construction and expression methods of the meta-structure tree and the structured customer requirement meta-model and technical indicator meta-model of complex electromechanical products.(4)Research on customer requirement mapping technology for complex electromechanical products driven by mapping rulesThis paper analyzes the application of the traditional customer requirement mapping method in the field of complex electromechanical products,and studies a new customer requirement mapping method and process based on mapping rules.Combining the analysis of product meta-structure tree,customer requirement meta-model and technical indicator meta-model,the process of extracting requirements mapping rules and expression methods in different levels and fields is presented.According to the characteristics of mapping rules,the application methods of mapping rules are studied.After completing the mapping,the multi-dimension technical indicator integration technology was studied,including semantic transformation and technical indicator integration.In this process,a technical indicator conflict resolution method based on customer satisfaction was established to eliminate parameter conflicts in the integration process.(5)Develop a customer requirement management prototype system for rapid design of high-speed train bogiesThis paper systematically analyze and research the high-speed train's spectrum technology architecture,the design and manufacturing integration platform's architecture,and the requirement-driven high-speed train's rapid customization method.the target and position of customer requirement parameter management system.The goals and positioning of the customer requirement parameter management system are defined in the platform.The physical and logical architecture of the customer requirements analysis and management prototype system are built and related database and system functional modules are designed.In the end,a Web-based high-speed train customer requirement parameterization management prototype system was developed.The research of this topic establishes a systematic and scientific customer requirement analysis theory method and tools for complex electromechanical products,and provides a research basis for requirement-driven rapid customized R&D technologies and theories of high-end equipment manufacturing companies in China.Those research has important theoretical significance and practical application value to promote the implementation of personalized and customized production mode of complex electromechanical products.It has far-reaching significance for the enterprises to improve the economic efficiency,respond quickly to market changes,and promote product innovation.
