Currently, the civil UAV is becoming miniaturization and degree of autonomy, and the application demand of UAV is widespread. But the scope of traditional Bluetooth, wifi,RC,remote digital radio and other data links severely affected UAV applications, which restricts the effectiveness of UAVs to play. With the rapid development of mobile communication networks, especially 3G/4G technologies emerge, the UAV has been presented in higher bandwidth, more real-time,a wider range trends, and the communication reception size will smaller, lighter and more cost-effective.Therefore,the mobile communication technology and UAV technology combined with unique advantages, and the unmanned aircraft systems which based on mobile communication network will also have a better space for the upgrade. However, the mobile communication network differs from traditional data link mechanisms and features. It will have a tremendous impact on three important functions of the UAV flight management including telemetry remote management, task management and planning, and fault diagnosis and management.Light of it,this article is designed the UAV flight management system based on mobile communications network and focus on the following four aspects of key elements.(1)Remote Sensing and Control Management.First,it analysis the impact that the mobile communication network as a UAV data link have an influence on the UAV flight management technology. Then, this article executes extensive and detailed analysis of the measured against on the mobile communications network latency measurement and detailed. And it builds the transmission delay model in line with local conditions. In view of that mobile communications network latency have a large influence on UAV remote sensing and control functions,we use BP and RBF neural network to predict UAV handed down delay. Then it introduced into "man in the loop" in the control system to achieve the position compensation.Related experiments show that this method can reduce operator shock(PIO)to optimize remote control telemetry UAV capability.(2)UAV Mission Management and Planning. After the realization of the basic functions of remote telemetry, the paper further consider the problem of UAV task layer.especially in the urban mission route planning.First,it analysis he article pointed out the main causes of this effect include communication delay and signal strength.Next,it take full account of the distribution and the propagation characteristics of the local base station, combined with the actual test signal strength to establish the mobile communication network signal loss model in the local environment communications. The paper introduced the actual layout and the signal strength of the base to track the pre-planning and dynamic adjustment algorithm to meet the business needs that externalassigned to UAVs different needs.(3)Fault Diagnosis and Management. In UAV flight, there may be a series in the failure or abnormal event occurs. So it need to diagnosis and treatment UAV fault.Especially when the GPS lost, how to quickly get the UAV rough position relating UAV flight safety or the safety of personnel, and how to shorten the time of UAV using GPS positioning again is also crucial.Unlike conventional UAV,this paper introduces a mobile communication network positioning technology to solve these problems. Finally, this paper built the hardware and software platform of unmanned UAV based on mobile communication network, and in view of the flight management related to the key part of flight experiment, further verify the feasibility of related technologies.
