| Gravimeter stable platform is an airborne instrument support platform for reducing the effects of vibration on the carrier aircraft.Generally stable platform consists of two parts,mechanical platform and servo control system.This paper expands the research on the design of servo control system and development of program for a stable platform,and designs software and hardware systems for stable platform,providing technical support for rapid control prototyping(RCP)technology in embedded systems.The goal of this paper is to research the application of rapid control prototype technology to generate control program automaticly,thus improving developing efficiency and reducing developing period.Contents of this paper are mainly the following aspects:1.In order to satisfy the requirement of gravimeter,make an overall design of this stable platform.According to the functional requirements of the system,designed the mechanical structure model of stable platform,software and hardware overall plan,analyzed the choice of key sensor.2.In order to analyse the properties of system,developed heoretical model of the horizontal stable control loop.Simulink simulation model was constructed in each block diagram of a closed loop basis.According to the model simulation of the system in the uncorrected control performance,used PID control module with parameters self-tuning capabilities to correct the system.the control performance of the system could meet the design requirements.Finally chose three-loop-structure as the stable structure.3.In order to solve the problems of program design,researched using rapid control prototyping technology to achieve rapid generation of control system design and control program.Added real-time hardware interface design to the control simulation model,which used the Simulink DSP support libraries,and established a rapid control prototyping system.4.In ordre to verify the availability and feasibility of RCP,experiment was conducted to test the validity of RCP and automatic code generation,indicating that rapid control prototyping technoloy could be used into the development of embedded control system. |
