As a composite structure developed on the basis of a new type of structure,steel box concrete composite girder Bridges in both structure mode and cost has its unique advantages.Because the research of composite structure in China starts late,related problems still need further research.As a result,the engineering application of the simply supported steel box girder is limited.In addition,along with the more and more developments of city viaduct construction demand,on the internal force of steel-concrete composite girder construction and deformation in the process of construction and optimization still needs further investigation and verification.Based on Hainan province Haixiu road 225 Haikou transit sections of Haixiu Expressway(a)two sections of simply supported steel box girder bridge,this paper makes further researches on key technology of simply supported steel box girder construction process and main control measures,the main contents of research are as follows:Through the MIDAS/CIVIL software and the application of the theory of virtual beam,the finite element model is established to analysis the construction process of 42 m simply supported steel box girder with the whole process of numerical simulation.The theoretical results of stress and deformation values at different positions in different construction process of simply supported steel box girder are obtained.And it provides a theoretical basis for the control of construction.Using MIDAS/FEA to establish a fine model of simply supported steel box girder,and makes full analysis of the construction process of the simply supported steel box girder,different construction process of simply supported steel box girder with detailed analysis in different parts as a result of the construction of the monitoring results of theoretical value.Steel-concrete composite girder bridge deck construction and deformation monitoring: according to strict monitoring project construction process and analysis results,the measured results and the MIDAS/FEA results were compared to verify the good agreement of simply supported steel box girder based on finite element theory for reliability analysis of the whole process of Engineering application.
