Bridge adopts the method of the construction, refers to the position of bridgestructure is designed in parallel to the axis or other specified design position afterforming, simple and easy to use the machinery and equipment will bridge girderoverall rotation axis to design the installation of a kind of construction method. It isapplied for single T-Shape bridge and it can accelerate the construction speed, savingthe cost, improving the safety, decreasing the influence on the operation of railway, ithas attracted much attention in recent years.In this paper, with the engineering background of Hangzhou to ChangshaRailway Passenger Dedicated Line from Shanghai to Kunming of the horizontalrotation construction monitoring project for the Yanhu (64+64) m single T-Shapesuper-large bridge in Yushan County of Jiangxi province Shangrao city, brieflyintroduces the development, research status and rotation construction control purposeand significance of bridge. The key point is the rotation construction technology ofthe single T-Shape bridge without the closure segment, including the rotation systemof the top wall, supporting legs, ball hinge, annular slide, and the parametercalculation of the traction system, the balancing weighing calculation in theconstruction is also researched and monitored.The dissertation makes use of finite element software Midas/Civil to simplymake simulations and analyses the model of full frame system for the force anddeformation, analyses the main girder during the process of full frame systemconstruction on deformation and stress of each construction stage by Midas/Civil andcompared by Dr Bridge3.0.Finally, the site of the beam in carried out and horizontal rotation of the internalforce and deformation in the process of monitoring, mainly including theimplementation method and contrast analysis of deformation and stress monitoringresults, and so on, thus contributing to the bridge early and formally of swivelsmoothly to provide reliable guarantee. This dissertation calculates and analysis the technique of single T-Shape bridgehorizontal rotation construction, It provides a complete set of method of constructionmonitoring and control experience for rotation construction of the bridge of the sametype in the future. The ultimate success turn "body" showed that the accuracy of themonitoring and this bridge have reached an anticipative goal in smooth linear andreasonable structure stress.
