| UHV transmission line project is the important part of the national energy development "12th Five-Year" ? "13th Five-Year" planning.It has a great strategic significance to the development of national economy and the improvement of people's livelihood and the environment.UHV transmission line project has a long path length and spans multiple river systems,It affects the local river system of flood control management.According to relevant provisions of the Water Law,Flood Control Law and Water administrations,it is necessary to do flood impact assessment,evaluate the influence of the construction project and the flood detention basin and the river each other,propose remedial measures.The UHV transmission line project of this study is located in Cangzhou,Hebei province.The transmission line is 118.9km in this area.It across the Jia Kou detention basin,Nan Yun river,New Zi Ya river,Bei Pai river,Jie Di Jian river,Nan Pai river,Xuan Hui river,and other rivers.it is necessary to do flood impact assessment for the flood detention basin and flood control evaluation for the river,valuate the influence of the construction project and the flood detention basin and the river each other,propose remedial measures.First,we introduce the origin and research methods of flood control evaluation in this paper.Secondly,according to the characteristics of this research project,we introduce the content and research methods of flood control evaluation in detail.Then,we summarize the status of the project and the current situation of the river system,and put forward the problems we need to study in this paper.Next,according to the administrative ownership,we divide into flood impact assessment to the flood detention basin and flood control evaluation to the river,research the flood control impact assessment.Last,we put forward the research results of this study,valuate the influence of the construction project and the flood detention basin and the river each other,propose remedial measures. |
