River- crossing and river-contiguous building is very common in water conservancy construction.They play a huge role in our real life and bring us great convenience.But in a sense, these buildings also bring harm to our lives,even endanger the lives and property of the people.River- crossing and river-contiguous building will act as a restraint river during normal operation. Such as,water level banked-up and bunch of water and deflecting flow and bottom and bank of river scoured and other phenomena. These phenomena will seriously affect the flood,at the same time,they will cause inconvenience to the stability of river, flood control, water management and so on.So from this perspective,we need to know and understand the river- crossing and river-contiguous building.Making objective and fair Flood Control Evaluation to such building in advance,so as to curb the menace due to the construction of such projects.This article summarizes the design flow, the design level, backwater and calculation methods used to evaluate regarding flood erosion.Estimating aspects of the design flow in which there is "measured flow data method," "historical flood data Law," "Storm Data Act" and "empirical formula method".There is water in the calculation of the design aspects of "water- Flow curves Law", "water-related law" and "water line".There are "D’Aubuisson formula", "Yarnell formula", "Henderson formula" and "no ridge width crested weir formula" in the backwater computing.For scouring calculation described two cases, the calculation for the general erosion of "Formula 64-1" and "Formula 64-2" for the local pier scour formula of "Formula 65-1" and "Formula 65-2".On this basis,this article combines North Juma hydrological, meteorological conditions and Zhuozhou local geological features and arrangement of the bridge project in Zhuozhou east yard highway across North Juma north branch.Conduct a comprehensive analysis,selectng a Flood Control Evaluation calculation method that is suitable for the local.According to the requirements of the relevant documents flood control standards in the region is set to 5-year return.Through analysis and comparis-on,this selection of empirical formula for calculating the area, calculates 5-year return flood peak flow 660m3/s.With Flow rate data and engineering measured data,using of constant non-uniform flowequation calculate the designed flood level of each section in the vicinity of the project position. The results show that when the five-year flood occurs,the water level does not exceed the embankment elevation,so it can conduct flood within the river.Through the study of the project information in the field,using the formula from the "Highway Bridge Design Manual bridge site designed" to calculate the maximum damming height Δz and damming curve length L before the bridge.By calculation,when the five-year flood occurs,built bridge damming height is 0.13 m, damming influence distance is150 m,velocity under the bridge is from 1.35 m / s to 1.44 m / s,increasing the amount 0.09m/ s.According to the project site geological survey results,riverbed geological lithology is gravel-based in the project’s location.In view of this,this project uses the non-cohesive soil erosion formula to calculate scour depth,the formula is from "Highway Engineering hydrographic survey design" recommended.By calculation,when the five-year flood occurs,river channel general scouring depth is 0.95 m,bridge pier local scouring depth is1.38 m.According to the above calculation results,this article analyzes river flood safety,stability of river, embankment safety, safe operation of the bridge itself, etc.Through analysis, "Zhuozhou City, east yard highway across the north branch of the North Juma bridge project" has no threat to river flood safety, stability of river,embankment safety, safe operation of the bridge itself, etc.and comply with local planning requirements.But implementation of the project there are still some shortcomings.In view of this,this article presents some modifications suggestions and remedial measures.
