Warehouse package automatic position detection is a basic function of intelligent warehouse.At present,the method of locating the warehouse package based on RFID needs to install a large number of auxiliary tags and RFID readers in the location environment,and then to detect the location of the mobile RFID tags.The object of this paper is the package in the warehouse,the method will increase the hardware cost and maintenance cost of the positioning system.However,the location method of the warehouse package based on the mobile RFID reader does not need to set up the reference tag and reader,and it has a strong ability to adapt to the environment.There is little research on this technology.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to research on the technology of warehouse packet positioning based on mobile RFID reader.The object of this paper is warehouse package.For the location of warehouse package that the reference tag and reader can`t be configured,we study the RFID data redundancy cleaning method and the method of determining the starting time and achieve the vertical positioning of the warehouse package by analyzing the location environment and RFID data in this paper.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The RFID data redundancy cleaning method.Based on the analysis of the actual location environment and the working characteristics of the mobile RFID reader multi-antenna array,the redundancy and the serious interference of the RFID data are determined.On this basis,this paper presents a redundant cleaning method of improved bloom filter based on R-TSBF.The intensity and time information are used to clean the RFID data,so that the strength time distribution can reflect the actual physical location of the package.As the first step of data preprocessing,it can provide high quality RFID data for subsequent location analysis.(2)The method for determining starting time of RFID data.Based on the analysis of the actual location environment and RFID scanning data,it is confirmed that the RFID data collected by the mobile terminal is very high.The accumulation of these data in time will have a serious impact on the positioning analysis.In this paper,we propose a method for determining the starting time of RFID data based on the repetition rate matching,and calculate the starting time of the scan terminal into the stack,and remove the interference data before this time.As the second step of data preprocessing,the quality of RFID data is further improved.(3)The method of warehouse longitudinal positioning.In this paper,cluster analysis is used to complete the warehouse package positioning.According to the initial clustering center of the traditional K-Means clustering algorithm in the warehouse package in longitudinal location selection problem,proposed method of RFID data of intensity-time distribution of initial clustering center selection based on the clustering results,improve the accuracy and stability,and improve the accuracy of the positioning result.Finally,the paper uses the pre-processed RFID data and improved K-Means clustering algorithm to design and implement the vertical positioning of the warehouse package and verify the effectiveness of the algorithm by using the actual RFID data acquisition.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively realize the location estimation of the warehouse package,and the positioning accuracy can reach the level of practical application.
