Study On Beautiful Countryside Planning In "New Rural Culture" Vision In Nanchuan

For a long time,rural culture as the “root” of rural society,it has maintained the land and family-based rural social stability.However,since the reform and opening up of China in the 1970 s,the society has entered a period of rapid transformation.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the rural economy and social foundation of rural culture were being disintegrated.The village from the external material space environment to the internal social structure had undergone tremendous changes,which most villages were showing the characteristic of “new rural culture”.Since the “ 18 th CPC National Congress ” to“thirteen five”plan had proposed the construction of beautiful village,which has become the rural,agricultural,farmer transformation and upgrading of the important sustenance.At the same time,the rural planning and construction of beautiful village as a new socialist countryside continued and upgraded,a number of beautiful villages have been built and achieved initial success,in Nanchuan district Chongqing.However,due to the transformation of rural economy and society,the “soil” of the rural culture has changed.Except that,the rural planning and construction in the “village community” collapse,“rural industrial” loss,rural construction convergence problem highlights.In the response to the “new rural culture” environment problems and challenges,the model and strategy of beautiful village planning needed to further explore and optimize in Nanchuan.This article had analyzed the problems of rural culture,rural society,rural industry and rural construction in the background of rapid urbanization.In addition,this paper combed the relevant theoretical research on the rural cultural change and rural construction at home and abroad and analyzed the practical experience of planning and construction of rural in rural areas during the transition period.Based on the above research,by analyzing the characteristics of rural cultural changes since the Opium War in Nanchuan and the current characteristics of the “new rural culture” in the current changes,which considered the current rural culture in the “traditional” to “modern”transition stage.Through the data collection and field investigation of beautiful rural demonstration villages including Jinlong village,Gaoqiao village,Jinshi village in Nanchuan.Summed up the current beautiful villages in the economic industry,space form,social relations,political ecology and peasant psychological awareness of the changes.Moreover,On the basis of a series of investigation and problem research,combined with the current“new rural culture” environment in Nanchuan,which proposed the trend of coping with the current rural cultural change and should change the beautiful rural planning and design strategy.In other words,the endogenous factors and external factors that influenced the “new rural culture”,the coupling relationship between the “new rural culture” and the beautiful village planning.The plan should tap the intrinsic value of the local landscape;the continuation of the local industry;the construction of organic scattered rural spatial pattern and the reconstruction of rural self-organization mechanism strategy change.Finally,taking the beautiful rural planning of Tianchi village as a practical case,which explored the planning and design strategy of the beautiful countryside in the development of the industrial development,the planning of the settlements and the construction of the endogenous forces in the rural areas.
