Research On The Beautiful Countryside Planning In Compilation Of Rural Revitalization

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urban and rural construction continues to develop,and the gap between urban and rural areas continues to increase.Therefore,the CPC Central Committee has published a series of guidance documents on countryside construction to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",which points out the direction for rural development.In view of the current situation of weak industrial model,outflow of labor force,idle farmland houses and unbalanced resources,Shandong Province has strengthened the overall design and phase planning for the enforcement of rural developing strategy in Shandong Province.Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural development in Shandong Province,and explores a new development path of beautiful countryside planning under the background of rural revitalization,so as to solve the outstanding existing rural problems in Shandong Province and create a new situation of agricultural and rural development in Shandong Province.Taking "Beautiful Countryside Planning of Gualoutun Village,Jimo District,Qingdao City" as an example,this paper researches the planning strategy of beautiful countryside under the background of rural revitalization strategy from six aspects including "industry","space","ecological restoration","infrastructure","landscape protection and renovation" and "villagers’ participation".Concrete research main content and conclusions are as follows:Starting from the construction of new socialist countryside,Shandong Beautiful Countryside Planning has roughly experienced the transformation process of rural infrastructure renovation stage,beautiful countryside construction stage,and beautiful countryside transformation and upgrading stage.Rural planning and development so far,there are problems such as "lack of implementation guidance,neglect of implementation needs","separation from the actual situation of villages,neglect of village development needs" and "dilution of multiple subjects,lack of coordination and construction".Summarize the key problems of rural revitalization planning,such as the use of idle farmland,the reconstruction of farm houses and the increase of villagers’ income.Finally,by comparing the rural revitalization planning with the village planning,it is concluded that the rural planning should be accurately located,combined with the villagers’ wishes to implement the mass planning mode,so as to make the planning more systematic and integrated,and promote the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of the countryside.Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes Gualoutun Village as an example to explore the connotation and preparation ideas of beautiful countryside planning.Focusing on the six core features of "industry","space","ecological restoration","infrastructure","landscape protection and renovation" and "villagers’ joint participation",this paper puts forward specific strategies for realizing the planning of beautiful countryside:Carry out Gualoutun village industry planning,determine the industry positioning,the establishment of farmland cooperative,farm house cooperative two cooperatives.we will build an agricultural industrial park integrating picking,farming and viewing,and an agricultural industrial park integrating processing and experiencing leisure.Defined "three line" the red line and permanent "ecological protection of basic farmland,town development boundary",delimit the reasonable standard,human-oriented ecological protection planning space,improve the infrastructure construction of farmland and farmland housing repair facilities,set in the production of space utilization planning,set in the production of space utilization planning,and reconstruction of rural settlement nodes characteristic design of residential area,Forming the construction plan of the living space.Environmental and ecological restoration should be carried out.Water system and drainage area should be renovated,and along the potholes and ponds should be repaired to create healthy and comfortable ecological space and build villages with beautiful environment.We will improve the construction of supporting facilities in rural areas,mainly including the construction of public service facilities and infrastructure in villages.Improve the landscape style improvement and renovation,mainly including public node space,road traffic environment renovation,architectural style guidance.With villagers as the main body,the plan will be compiled into a plan understandable to the villagers,so that the results of the planning will really benefit the people,and the improvement of supporting quality will help the villagers get more benefits and achieve the purpose of common prosperity.
