Nuclear is the clean energy and promoting the construction of nuclear power vigorously has become the important energy strategy for our country.Nuclear mechanical facilities are the basis of the construction and operation of nuclear power plants,in view of the problems that the reliability analysis method for the domestic nuclear power equipment lacks enough objective,systematisms and etc.,so the paper combines with the NSFC project,regards the nuclear refueling machine as the study object,puts forward the research of reliability analysis and control technology based on Meta-action Unit by the “pedigree-function-movement-action” function decomposition,it simplifies the complex problems,has clear object,is easy and practicable,provides a new idea for the fine control of nuclear power equipment reliability,but also lays the foundation for safety,maintainability,supportability and testability analysis.The main contents are as follows:First,on the basis of fully understanding the principle of function movement of refueling machine and elaborating the idea of FMA(function-motion-action)structural decomposition,the refueling machine is decomposed and analyzed respectively from the level of function,movement and action.Finally all Meta-action,and the movement transitive relation was obtained.Next,based on the FMA decomposition of the refueling machine,the Meta-action unit is defined,and its working process is analyzed;then,the paper defines the reliability of the Meta-action unit in view of performance properties,and establishes the system reliability block diagram model on the basis of Meta-action unit;In order to further analyze the reliability of the Meta-action action unit,its general process of the failure is studied from the point of view of degeneration of the performance properties,meanwhile the mathematic models of two common kinds of gradual failure that one has the initial value and the other has not are got and the formula of e-action mean time of two failures has been deduced respectively.At the same time the fault mechanism of Meta-action unit is analyzed inductively from the perspective of “tress-failure mechanism-failure models”.Finally,the paper analyzes the e-action by using FMEA and obtains the possible failure modes of each element of the lifting motion.Then,the failure mode importance of Meta-action unit is analyzed.Aiming at the problem of lack of basic fault data for the reliability analysis of Meta-action unit,a new method based on Monte Carlo is proposed.The fuzzy quantitative evaluation and the Monte Carlo simulation are used to analyze the importance of each failure mode of the lifting motion.According to the "twenty-eight law" and the analysis and evaluation results,the key element action unit is extracted.Finally,based on the analysis of the FTA characteristics of the Meta-action unit,the paper uses the FTA method to analyze the key Meta-action units to extract the fault reasons,and the failure causes are ranked by means of the FTA qualitative analysis and the correlation importance analysis of the basic event importance.Afterwards,the paper puts forward the reliability control measures on e-action unit based on man,machine,material,method,measure and environment(5M1E)in order to eliminate the fault,and improve the system reliability.
