With the increase of energy consumption,the traditional non renewable energy sources are becoming less and less.In order to improve the shortage of energy consumption,nuclear power,as a clean,safe and economic energy,has been developed and applied by more and more countries.The use of nuclear power in China is relatively late,and the formation and application of nuclear power have been started since about 1990.In recent years,the investment and research and development of nuclear power have been continuously increased.Although the development of nuclear power in recent years has made some achievements,but there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries,especially in the aspect of research on reliability of nuclear power equipment,a serious lack of reliability data,has great influence on the reliability of our equipment to improve.Therefore,the reliability of nuclear power equipment should be one of the key tasks in the research and design of nuclear power equipment in our country.Only by ensuring the reliability of nuclear power equipment can the reliability and safety of nuclear reactors be guaranteed.This article is based on the “supporting projects related to Chinese nuclear reactor demonstration reactor”,the nuclear reactor refueling machine as the research object on machine reliability design and reliability analysis,in order to improve the reliability level of nuclear equipment refueling machine,ensure the safety of nuclear reactors.The main research content of this paper:(1)Based on the basic theory of reliability modeling and reliability analysis,the reliability modeling of the machine is carried out hierarchically from the whole machine to the subsystem,which lays the foundation for the follow-up reliability work.(2)The analysis of the FMECA based on the reliability model of refueling machine,using the RPN method for hazard analysis of refueling machine.Consider the refueling machine in the preliminary design stage,there is greater uncertainty and fuzziness,combining the theory of information entropy and interval RPN model improved,and the refueling machine is calculated and the improved model analysis.(3)Technology research on reliability distribution of refueling machine: due to lack of refueling machine fault data,using expert scoring method in reliability allocation of the refueling machine,considering the expert evaluation of the uncertainty and fuzziness of fuzzy assignment model to construct the theory of fuzzy reliability,and considering the factors analysis expert weights of the experts,the construction of fuzzy expert weight distribution based on the model.Finally,as an example to the refue ling machine fuzzy reliability apportionment.(4)Technology research on reliability prediction of refueling machine: consider refueling machine specific situation,and combined with the research and design of refueling machine,is expected to stress the strength reliability of the refueling machine parts interference model,the reliability of the refueling machine and is expected to build a direct link refueling machine design;consider refueling machine in the early stage of design,the expected conservative,is expected to achieve the initial refueling machine system and the machine's basic mathematical reliability model.Finally,make a comprehensive analysis of the reliability of the expected results,the preliminary design scheme evaluation of refueling machine.
