In recent years,the process of urban modernization in China was accelerating,and the number and length of urban road was increasing year by year which brought great pressure to the cleaning and fault-removing of urban roads.A large number of investigations had shown that the high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle could clean urban roads and remove obstacles effectively,and could purify the air and reduce dust pollution effectively.However,most of the cleaning equipment control system of the high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle in China used the PLC imported from abroad,which had poor versatility,functional redundancy,complex structure and high price.Therefore,this paper designed a cleaning equipment controller of high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle which had excellent versatility,complete functions,standard communication interface,high degree of integration and high performance price ratio.The design and development of the controller simplified the system structure and function,and enhanced the versatility of the cleaning equipment controller of the high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle,and reduced production costs,which was benefited to the product promotion and market competition.Meanwhile it also had great significance for improving the design level of the special cleaning equipment controller for the environmental sanitation vehicle of China.The main contents of this paper include:(1)The thesis summed up the disadvantages of the cleaning equipment controller of the high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle used in the market through the analysis of the development status of the cleaning equipment controller of the high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle at home and abroad,and raised the overall design scheme of the system according to the specific functional requirements and technical indicators in the practical application of the cleaning equipment controller.(2)The thesis designed the software and hardware of the controller by modular and hierarchical design method according to the overall system design.The MC9S12XDT256 microcontrollers sold by Freescale company were used as control cores and the hardware circuits of relevant functional modules were designed.Bottom driver and signal acquisition and output control program were designed into system software.What is more important was to establish the CAN bus application layer protocol,taking SAE1939 protocol as the reference standard,for the communication between the cleaning equipment controller and the motor ECU and realize the communication between the touch screen and the cleaning equipment controller through the MODBUS bus protocol(3)The thesis built up system function simulation test platform and designed test cases with black-box testing technology.The launched functional simulation tests to the cleaning equipment controller of the high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle.After the functional simulation tests,it also launched real vehicle tests to the cleaning equipment controller.The experimental results showed that the cleaning equipment controller of the high-pressure sewer flushing vehicle designed by the paper had complete function,excellent versatility,excellent stability,excellent reliability,small size and low cost.So it had high market competitiveness and broad application prospects.
