Study On The Protection Planning Design Of Cultural Landscape In Historical Blocks

As an important carrier of street culture,the cultural landscape of historic district plays an important role in the protection of historic cities in China.This study takes the cultural landscape of historic blocks as the object and From the perspective of protection planning and design,First of all,this paper makes a research on the current situation of domestic and foreign related fields,legal policy and theory.It is pointed out that the general trend of the planning and design of the cultural landscape protection of historical blocks is: protection of history,cultural heritage,dynamic renewal,sustainable development,and summarizes the problems existing in the protection of historic districts in our country;Secondly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign outstanding cases,and studies the classical protection mode and technique;Finally,Combined with above theories by the practice of Tongcheng Liuchi lane to protect and design it.Through the above several aspects of research can be summarized as follows.(1)In the aspect of the historical cultural landscape protection planning,foreign countries started much earlier than China's,many advanced theories and methods,such as: ecological theory,aesthetic theory,protection and renewal theory in the foreign system has been basically formed.Is still in the development stage of the historical cultural landscape protection in our country,protection system is not perfect,but the protection consciousness has been greatly improved.It also forms the theory of organic renewal,system view and so on.It is at the climax of the development.The present situation is not only an opportunity but also a challenge to the protection of the cultural landscape of the historic district in our country.(2)At home and abroad,there are many excellent cases,including Kuanzhai alley,Sanjieqifang,Xintiandi in Shanhai in China and Chinatown of Singapore,Sioux River area in America and so on.They have a lot of similarities in the patterns and practices of conservation,from the aspects of functional implantation,traditional style protection and characteristic culture,combined with the reforming the old as old,changing the core but saving the superficies and other means to achieve the protection of the planning and design of historic blocks,so as to solve the problems of environmental deterioration,loss of vitality and cultural decline.(3)Put the Liuchi Lane as the research object,Analysis the cultural value of the reforming area,following the historical,functional,cultural,integrity and other principles,combing the scholar.bureaucrat culture,Incorruptible culture,Family.vicissitude culture with the landscape of Liuchi Lane,from the construction of the activity space,the combination of the characteristic culture,the expression of the surrounding landscape of the key building and the reappearance of the historical landscape to conduct the hierarchical design.Cooperate with the plant,pavement,pieces of garden,architectural style and fire protection design to elaborate the detail designs of reforming area concretely,to create special cultural experience area in Liuchi Lane,and achieve cultural renaissance in Liuchi Lane.
