In recent years,with the rapid development of our national economy,the rapid growth of China’s highway mileage,highway projects across the country to work fast,because of the safety consciousness safety supervision mechanism is not perfect,the construction enterprise safety management level is low and the front-line workers is weak,causing frequent accidents in construction of highway engineering safety production.At the same time,the state and local government attaches great importance to production safety,increase the punishment of production safety accidents and illegal behavior,security costs of enterprises are also increasing,in the highway construction market has become increasingly standardized,many highway construction enterprises under the environment,how to strengthen the safety management of construction enterprises,reduce the probability of accidents and reduce accidents losses,it is particularly important.A review of related literature at home and abroad through the highway engineering project safety management experience,a brief introduction to the related theories of safety management of highway project in Fujian Province,taking A company as an example,analyzed from the personnel,facilities and equipment,working environment and other aspects of organizational management,find out the problem of non implementation of safety responsibility,the implementation of the system is not in place,safety awareness,safety management and safety behind the lack of investment.To solve the above problems,and puts forward some countermeasures from the construction of enterprise safety culture,safety management and operation personnel information management and project evaluation,provides the basis for the safety management of highway project.
