As the vertical load-bearing member and horizontal lateral displacement member,the column plays an important role in the collapse resistance of the structure.Due to the axial compression ratio and the storey height,the short columns with small shear span will be formed at the bottom of the frame structure or frame shear structure.Previous investigations of earthquake disasters show that the short columns have large stiffness and poor deformation capacity,and the brittle failure occurs in the earthquake.The existing research and put forward the technology of split columns,i.e.the column partition boards are arranged in the column body is divided into 4 independent units in the column,ensure the axial compression ratio and span ratio doubling column shear,large eccentric compression technology of split columns make damage form short columns by brittle shear failure of monolithic column the development of single element column failure,which greatly improves the seismic performance of short columns.According to the current research of split columns,plate width and column width,column plate vertical cracks appear in smaller loads along,cause the relative deformation between column unit,reduce the bearing capacity;related research,the influence of the relationship dimensions partition column section size change and stress performance of the short column is not therefore,this paper designed the split column ratio of 3 different separated specimens by the pseudo static test of constant axial force under the action of the research on the influence of separation ratio changes on post stress performance,the main results are as follows:(1)Completed the pseudo static test of 3 different separated score column specimens in invariable axial force,the split columns failure mode and failure mode,the results show that the separation effect is much smaller than the failure process and failure mode of separated columns,that is different than the split apart column are flexural failure to avoid brittle failure of short columns.(2)Analysis of the split column hysteretic behavior,bearing capacity,deformation capacity,stiffness change and reinforcement strain performance than columns under the stress performance of different separation were studied.The results show that: with the decrease of separation ratio,split column peak value increased to reduce the energy dissipation capacity and ductility,stiffness degradation rate decreased,carrying capacity,an important factor is that separate than the split column force performance.(3)Using the finite element software ABAQUS on column specimens was simulated through the failure process,numerical model and test column hysteretic behavior and bearing capacity index,validated the rationality of the model,to provide a theoretical basis for further research.
