At present,with the rapid development of economy and society,in the face of the rapid development of the construction industry,the production of concrete will evolve from the traditional,inefficient manufacturing to high efficiency and automation.Developed countries,the proportion of concrete prefabricated more than 35%,or even 50%,from the developed countries,the experience of the construction industry can be seen that the prefabricated stress concrete structure(PC components)will be one of the future direction of industrial construction.In this paper,building automation in the PC component automation production line for the technical background,This paper analyzes the technical characteristics and development trend of PC component stacker,and studies the technical equipment of some PC component production lines in China.Through the comparison of PC equipment technology and equipment,combined with the practical application requirements of the project,it is important for the automatic production line of PC components One of the equipment of the stacking machine mechanical structure and control system two parts of the design and research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,combined with the actual use of the stacker requirements and functional principles,while drawing on the design of lifting transport equipment,the PC component stacker for the overall program design,followed by the stacker's overall program structure,the details of the structure of the parts Design and calculation,at the same time with the three-dimensional modeling software designed solidworks model to establish.For the model of the PC component stacker after the establishment,it is necessary to test the strength and rigidity of the main force components.The finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH is used to analyze the strength and stiffness,It is necessary to study the dynamic characteristics of the PC component stacker after the static analysis of the PC component stacker.The modal analysis and frequency response analysis of the PC component stacking machine are carried out to analyze the response of the structure to the vibration and the deformation of the parts.The overall structure of the PC component stacker to assess its advantages and disadvantages.Then,based on the PLC control,the control system of the PC component stacker is designed and researched.Through the analysis of the working principle and working process of the PC component stacker,the control flow chart of the stacker is designed.Control and identification of the way to determine the appropriate control mode,and finally the main control system hardware to choose a reasonable match.Finally,the kinematics and dynamics of the virtual prototype of the stacker are simulated and studied by using ADAMS.Based on the analysis of kinetics and kinematics of the stacker,the characteristics of the force and movement of the stacker in practical use are obtained,which provide a reliable basis for the subsequent research on the related design.
