Stacker is important logistics equipment in Three-dimensional warehouse; its operation speed determines the efficiency of access to goods.In this paper, the relevant analysis parameters come from the data of a Single-column-type tunnel rail Stacker and a Two-column style rail tunnel Stacker. By UG, I set up the model of stacker rack, and then, analyzed the three common stacker movement situations with ANSYS:static, acceleration and deceleration; obtained maximum deflection of the static load and maximum deflection of the dynamic load, and the maximum swing of dynamic load. Through the finite element method, I analyzed the modal of stacker rack, got the natural frequencies and modal shape. They were compared between the results from the mechanical method, empirical formula method and finite element analysis method. The results verify the correctness of stacking model and the reliability of the finite element method.Based on the results of the elasticity analysis and the modal analysis, I have changed the shape of stacker's column for improve its flexural modulus, and changed the structure of stacker rack chassis to a stable structure of the shape of a triangle in order to increase the stability of stacker. Finally, We get the results by the elasticity analysis and modal analysis of that triangle rack stacker with cross-section column has a small set of static and dynamic load deflection and lower deflection dynamic load swing. It also has a higher natural frequencies and better ability of anti-vibration. Thus, triangle rack stacker with cross-section column has a higher ceiling of acceleration and velocity.
