Shipbuilding industry is an important part of China's manufacturing industry.In the national strategy background of "Integration of information and industrialization" and "Made in China 2025",shipbuilding industry should seize the opportunity,strengthen technological innovation and change in design,production and management aspect with the aid of a new generation of information technology,and realize intelligent manufacturing.Outfittings collection & distribution management is the key of tray management,while materials identification is an important part of outfittings collection & distribution management.At present,the traditional shipyard still collecting and distributing outfittings manually,which is lack of support from scientific tools,labor-intensive and inefficient.Based on this,this paper aimed at improving working environment and increasing the efficiency of outfittings collection & distribution,targeted typical outfitting tray,applied automatic identification technologies to tray materials' rapid identification,also desiged and validated the experiment program.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the constitute and common characteristics of outfitting trays in shipbuilding,determined outfitting trays' rapid identification scenes with the specific process of outfitting tray management.Analyzed the technical principles,characteristics and application scenarios of the two mainstream identification technologies—barcode and RFID,selected pipe system tray as the main research object refer to the common characteristics of outfitting trays,and analyzed the reason why selected pipe system tray from three angles—the characteristics of manufactures,tray materials and identification technologies.(2)Selected the primary identification method of pipe system tray objects,which include pipes,valve and pipe supports.Analyzed the code of pipe system tray and its objects with the requirements for material coding.In the background of outfitting trays' rapid identification scenes,analyzed the elements that affect the recognition performance based on RFID and barcode.Designed the experiment programs of pipe system tray materials' rapid identification based on RFID and barcode,and the experiment programs include tags attachment and tags identification.(3)According to the experimental design,selected the appropriate hardware and software conditions,validate the experiment programs of pipe system tray materials' rapid identification based on RFID and barcode respectively,recorded the experiment data which were summarized and analyzed.(4)According to the experimental results,analyzed the requirements for applying RFID and barcode to the rapid identification of outfitting trays in the shipyard.Designed outfitting trays' rapid identification system based on RFID and barcode.In economical perspective,analyzed the returns of system deployment,which can provide reference for deploying outfitting trays' rapid identification system authentically.
