Research On Pipe Pallet Production Management Based On Agile Shipbuilding

Throughout the shipbuilding process, the workload of large piping manufacturing, the construction cycle is relatively long. As the shipbuilding industry, pipe tray management has gradually become the shipyard produced a short-term, direct impact on the progress of shipbuilding and quality. Agile Shipbuilding Shipbuilding is the level of the highest stage, while the modern advanced shipbuilding most notable characteristic is the production design and outfitting goods procurement, production, transportation, installation and other key aspects of management are to tray management as the core around the pattern. So agile shipbuilding mode must be implemented and strengthened the tube tray management, agile shipbuilding pipes under the tray-depth study of production management issues of great significance and practical value.In this paper, first of all, the basic theory related to agile shipbuilding and pipe pallet management is summarized based on the analysis on the connotation of modern shipbuilding model, and study on the ship's pipe is carried on through the literature, general studies and to the shipyard carried out a field survey.Secondly, the design theory of pipe pallet management production has been studied; the pipe pallet management study status and problems of product design is analyzed in detail; the improvement of pallet production design is explored and researched. For the processing of coding problems in the tube and the need for improvement, a more comprehensive coding system pipe processing is put forward and is conducted applied research.Thirdly, the study on the status and problems of pipe pallet centralized configuration management is carried on in detail; the improvement of pipe pallet centralized configuration management is explored. At last, the shipyard pipe production management tray has been studied, for tubes produced outstanding problems ,such as output number of the tube and tube processing errors, the method were discussed and the application were carried out in the shipyard.Then, a study on the shipyard pipe tray process management is conducted based on the analysis of the main problems and areas for improvement of the actual tube production, then using the theory of TOC the tubes process operation control study is proposed and ways of improvement is discussed, and applied research is conducted. Finally, this thesis research is summarized, the relevant conclusions drawn, and the future prospects for further research done.
