Esurfing Account System Design Based On The Means Of Cognitive Psychology

With the development of the Internet,the enterprises make all products integrate into a set of certification system gradually.As a mobile communication brand of China Telecom,Esurfing need to be integrated into a set of account system.However,there are two main problems in the process of integration.One is that the users' perception of the certification system is very weak.The other one is users are confused when they use the interface of the web.The objective of this research is to enhance the users' perception and cognition of the Esurfing account system.To solve above problems,this paper used theories of cognitive psychology in the web design,by combining with the cognitive problem solving method which named means-ends analysis and the theories of visual cognitive.This paper conducted the following work:(1)Get design methods from the cognitive theory about problem solving.(2)Improve the visual design of the user interface combined with visual cognitive theory.(3)Get the design principles and visual design specification based on the cognitive.(4)Reduce the confusion of users by closing the gap of the user's cognitive,and enhance their experience.(5)Improve the users' perception of the Esurfing account system through the design of the web site,and enhance the brand effect.It can be proved that the design method based on cognitive psychology is able to enhance the users' perception of the system and establish the brand awareness.The usability testing was used to verify its feasibility to improve the operation of the account system experience.The design of the system now can provide more space for the development of the enterprise.
