Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of The Implementation Of Public Bicycle System In Zhongshan

Public bicycle,as a way of sustainable transportation,is widely spread when it came into China for its important function in solving urban traffic congestion and guarantee the last kilometer of transportation.During the process of building public bicycle transportation system,as the representative of the large city public bicycle construction experience,Hangzhou's practice is relatively mature.However,the construction and development of public bicycle transportation system in small and medium-sized cities is still in its infancy,and has not yet matured..Based on this background,the paper chooses the representative public bicycle transportation system in Zhongshan as the research object,and study it from the policy and planning,construction of the system,management and operation,then analyze it from the actual situation,the matching degree with the actual demand and the comparison with domestic and international development experience,and through literature analysis and other methods finally find out the main problems and their causes in the development of public bicycle transportation system in Zhongshan.At present,the problems of public bicycle transportation system in Zhongshan mainly focus on the following three aspects: firstly is the excessive reliance on government investment and the participation degree of social capital is not enough;secondly is the lack of propaganda and mobilization and thus led to slow growth in use;last is the management is not in place and the customer satisfaction is not enough.By further analyzes the reasons for its existence and compared with the Mo-bike and OFO Bike's advantages and disadvantages which are led by social capital,the paper puts forward a series of solutions such as increase the profitability of the static and dynamic development,introduce social capital and management in different area by using the strength of each other,strengthen the propaganda and management,establish credit system and improve the social management system,and finally solves above problems from three aspects which are financial security,user expansion and management and maintenance.This paper takes the construction and operation of public bicycle transportation system in Zhongshan as the window,in order to summarize the developing rules of the public bicycle traffic in small and medium-sized city,explore the measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized city public bicycle system,thus provide some theoretical and practical material for the improvement of the construction and operation level of our city public bicycle system.
